The Early Church Fathers on the Eucharist — both in the Mass and as the Real Presence.

The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass

For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said,

"This is my body which is for you.
Do this in remembrance of me."
In the same way also the cup, after supper, saying,

"This cup is the new covenant in my blood.
Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me."
For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.

1 Corinthians 11:23-26

The Real Presence Of Our Lord Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament, the Eucharist.

So Jesus said to them,

"Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of man and drink his blood, you have no life in you; he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is food indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so he who eats me will live because of me.

John 6:53-57.

"The Catholic Church has always offered and still offers to the sacrament of the Eucharist, not only during Mass, but also outside of it, reserving the consecrated hosts with the utmost care, exposing them to the solemn veneration of the faithful, and carrying them in procession."
