First, dinosaurs aren't found in the Bible because knowing about them is not necessary for our salvation. That is what's in the Bible — truths necessary for salvation. I would imagine over 99% of the animal species on earth, past and present, are not mentioned in the Bible.

Secondly, scientific study indicates that dinosaurs, if they indeed did exist as we imagine them, came and went before humans beings were created. Genesis, Chapter one tells us that human beings, made in God's image, were created last among all earth creatures as being the crowning of creation. Many animal species may have become extinct before man ever walked the earth.
