The problem here is that there are several organizations that go by that name.

There is one in Indiana . . . Check out this site:

And then there are others that came out of the Holiness Movement which sprang from the Methodist tradition.

Some of these folks practice Sabbatarianism . . . that is they insist on worshiping on Saturdays or the Sabbath. For the most part, they fall in to the orthodox Protestant camp so the fundamental difference starts with their understanding of both ecclesiology and soteriology.

They would also reject the Catholic and Orthodox understanding of the sacraments and, like other Protestant communities, they have a very limited, at best, understanding of the Communion of Saints.
