What's wrong with saying:
"Father, I had premarital sex for the last five years with my girlfriend using condoms, and I plan to live a new life now"?
If you can estimate how many times that is, you should mention that as well, you can say
on an average of three times a week or whatever.
Confessions don't have to be complicated; in fact, the best ones are very simple.
