No, but he was sanctified in his
[mother's|Saint Elizabeth's] womb.
In other words, he was consecrated
and set apart in the womb.
That doesn't
mean he did not sin, nor that he
was born without original sin.
It
does imply that he may have received
a baptismal-like grace
in utero, but I don't know that the
Church has ever explored the question.
