Hi, guys —
- Who runs the parish offices when a Pastor, in charge of two parishes, is only present at one of them?

Barbara,
The pastor, if there is one (regardless of how many parishes he is assigned.)
In some cases, a parish administrator or parochial vicar may run the parish for the Pastor, especially if he is at multiple locations, but the buck stops with the Pastor.
